BREWING COFFEE USING THE EAR HANGING PAPER FILTER BAG

The Single-use Drip Bags used today (Drip Coffee – Ear Hanging Filter Paper bag) originated from Japan since the 90’s. The invention is one of the convenient ways of having freshly roasted and quality coffee anywhere, anytime. It comes with individual foiled pouches. You can carry them along anywhere you go.

The Single-use Drip Bags are compact, packed very neatly and can be fitted into a universal backpack. Whether you are at home, in the office, going out for picnic, camping or even go travelling, you can bring along the Coffee Drip with you. They are fuss-free, handy, and simple to brew. The only thing you need is a cup or mug with hot water, as well as the drip bags.

The ear hanging filter paper bag is pre-filled with 10g of ground coffee sealed with an outer bag to keep the coffee fresh inside. When you are ready to brew, open the outer bag and remove the ear hanging filter paper bag from inside. Then, tear off its top filter paper before you hang each handle over the sides of the cup or mug. Directly pour the hot water slowly or over the ground coffee. Wait for the hot water to drip through the ground coffee and let it bloom for 30 seconds to bring out the flavour of the coffee before you pour again. This time you will have to pour the hot water until the water reaches 130 – 150ml (The recommended ratio is 1:15). Once all the water has drained from the bag, don’t forget to discharge the ear hanging filter paper bag upwards to create a handle and dispose it. If you would like to sweeten your coffee, you will find 1 stick raw sugar for every drip coffee bag that you purchase. Finally, the coffee is ready to be served. Why are you waiting for? Freshen up, get an energetic start to your day....with YCC Drip Coffee!!!
