Why cold brew coffee? 

Cold brew coffee has deep richness and hard oxidation, low acidity, sweeter and smoother result. The brewing method is by steeping coursely ground coffee with room temperature water or cold water (recommend using filtered water) for 12-24 hours. During this time, the coffee slowly infuses into the water to result in a strong cold brew coffee. Cold brew coffee is considered to be the strongest coffee compared to hot brew coffee as it contains more caffeine content to help you to stay alert.
