Coffee Beans

Some of our coffee beans are sourced from local farmers in Flores Island, Indonesia. An exotic island where the majority of coffee produced comes from premium small holders. They are mainly subsistence farmers live in the surrounded villages in the region. The coffee cherries are grown naturally without using any chemical and traditionally handpicked by farmers. They are predominantly processed using the wet hulled (washing) process (“giling basah”) and sun dried on patios.

We are also partnering with local green coffee beans suppliers in Australia to explore the diversity and wide range of quality single origin from other countries. In that way, we can always create new coffee blends to serve the best for our customers.
