Free shipping is available for all orders over $50 with a delivery address in Australia. YELLOW COFFEE CLUB reserves the right to choose the shipping carrier service used to deliver all orders electing free shipping which can include Australia Post and Sendle (Fastway and Courier Please).
$7.95 Flat Rate Standard Shipping in Australia
$7.95 Flat rate standard shipping is available for all orders with a delivery address in Australia. Priority Shipping in Australia
For customers who need their order to be delivered faster, please keep us informed before 12 noon, Melbourne time, as orders are fulfilled and shipped same day (Monday-Friday). Rates are calculated in real-time, based on the delivery address, weight and dimensions of the shipment.
Free In Store Pickup, Mon-Fri 1-4pm
Customers may also place an order online and elect to pick up their order at the YELLOW COFFEE CLUB warehouse in Knoxfield (21/1470 Ferntree Gully Road, Victoria 3180). Pre-paid orders are available for pick up Monday-Friday, 1-4pm, Melbourne time (except major holidays). Please allow at least 24 hours for processing and preparation. An email will be sent as soon as the order is ready for pick up. If an order is urgently needed, leave us a note with your order during checkout, so that we can fulfill it as fast as possible!
International Shipping
Currently, we ship internationally to most of countries in the world using DHL. Shipping prices reflect real-time quotes based on the estimated weight and dimension of the shipment. Unfortunately, flat rate shipping and free shipping cannot be applied to international shipping address. All duties and taxes due are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Timelines
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday with the exception of national holidays. During Thanksgiving and Christmas, we also ship on Saturday. Delivery speed depends upon the shipping carrier and service elected during checkout. A summary of the estimated shipping times is listed below. To estimate the arrival date of an order, please allow 3-5 business days for order fulfillment prior to shipping. All Shipping are FOB Knoxfield, Victoria, Australia.
- 1-2 business days to Melbourne Metro
- Up to 3 business days to Rural Victoria
- 2-3 business days to Sydney Metro
- 4 business days to Rural NSW
- To NT, WA and rural areas, please allow a week for delivery
Refunds
Unfortunately, refunds cannot be provided based on shipping times as our dispatch time is very fast, with transit times being out of our control. For urgent orders, please let us know prior placing an order.
