This high-quality Japanese culinary grade matcha is bright, robust and fragrant superior culinary grade matcha. Produced in Uji (Kyoto), it features bright green, full bodied, strong matcha fragrance and moderate bitterness. Great for delicious matcha latte, blended drinks and cooking purposes.
Origin: Nishio, Japan
How to brew:
- Sift 1-2 scoops of matcha into a bowl.
- Add 10-20ml of a little hot water at 80º.
- Knead with Chasen until smooth.
- Add 70-100ml more hot water.
- Briskly whisk in "W" motion.
Storage:
Store out of light, below 18ºc in a dry place.
