Chamomile Tea 80g - Organic

The daisy-like flowers of Asteraceae plant family is an alternative to black or green tea. As a staple in sleepy time blends, it beautifully pairs with lavender, peppermint or ginger. This natural tea has earthy, a crisp apple finish and sweet aftertaste.  Generally it's best to slightly under-steep the flower to preserve the light, meadow-fresh flavor.

Ingredient: Organic Chamomile.

How to brew: 

Use 1-2 teaspoon per cup of boiling water (90-95ºc) in a tea infuser. Allow to brew for 5 minutes with cup covered. Honey or a sprig of mint is optional.

Storage: 

Store out of light, below 18ºc in a dry place
